The Service Pavilion prefers to sell you a helmet with the experience of
a "face to face" fitting performed by us.  We can also sell easily to you if
you have a TSP Fitment record on file with us for an Arai Helmet.  If you
have seen us at a race event or motorcycle show and have been fitted,
please contact us to continue with your inquiry of an Arai Helmet
purchase.
If you do not have a fitting card on file with us we can still assist you in
purchasing an Arai.  But there is a very unique way we can do a fitting
over the phone with you.  With our tens of thousands of fitting we have
performed we have a very sure fire program.  Please give us a call!

In the fall of 2002 Arai Helmets Americas began a fitting/sales policy.  It
requires the sales of Arai Helmets to be done face to face.  This
disallows internet and mail-ordering of Arai Helmets without a face to
face fitting from the Registered Arai Dealer you are buying the helmet
from.  This was done so consumers are fit properly and educated
correctly about the Arai products.  Also you the consumer will be able
to get the proper support when you have questions or
technical/warranty issues with the product.

With Arai Helmets new fit policy, which is strongly supported by
The Service Pavilion (TSP) requires face to face fitting of Arai Helmets.  
This is to address the serious issues of proper fitting for You the
consumer.  The policy has virtually ceased all mail order and internet
sales of the world’s best helmet because the lack of fitting they provide.

If you do see online sales being advertised or you make a purchase that
way.  Be aware that they are not registered Arai Helmet Dealers unless
they show the approved Arai Online Retailer logo.  Even if they claim to
be and do not show the logo on their website they are in violation of the
Arai policies.  Those are considered "gray market" helmets and carry
no manufacturer warranties.

But with TSP bringing this service to YOU,  you’re able to be fit and
purchase that helmet right on the spot.  If TSP doesn’t have what you
want in stock or you are undecided, the virtue of this card allows you to
order the fitted helmet from the TSP and only that suggested product
and have it delivered right to your front door within a reasonable time
period after fit date.  Anything other then product specified cannot be
sold or arranged for purchase from the TSP.  TSP will provide optimum
product post sale support and customer service.  Product inspections
(Helmet crash, drops, etc.), warranties and questions will be handled by
Factory trained and authorized by Arai Technicians.
